Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to carefully processing and shipping your order as soon as possible. Processing times typically take 5-7 business days. 📌 Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses, and replacement or refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

RETURNS
We want you to love your Ipek Design original! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To begin the return process, please email us at ipek@ipek.design within 5 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging.
  • Return packages must be postmarked within the 7-day period from the date of receipt.

📌 Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) due to hygiene regulations, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

🔗 How to Return:

  • Email us at ipek@ipek.design to request the return shipping address.
  • Ship your item using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged if defective or damaged.

 

EXCHANGES
We’re happy to replace defective or damaged items with the same item. Here’s how to request an exchange:

  • Email us at ipek@ipek.design with details about the issue (photos are helpful).
  • We’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement to you.

     

    GIFTS
    If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue a gift certificate via email.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the original purchaser had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
