Shipping & Returns
★ SHIPPING ★
Thank you for shopping with us. We are excited to ship your item to you as soon as possible. Please note that processing orders will take between 3-5 business days. If you need your item sooner, please select the appropriate shipping option at check out. You may also contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for confirmation.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct! If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
★ RETURNS ★
Your satisfaction with your Ipek Design original item is our priority. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your item at email@example.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging post dated within the 7 day period. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 7 day period. In this case, please do not send your purchase back to us.
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons on pierced jewelry unless they are of defective or damaged.
To return your product, please email us for a return shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping costs on your returned item. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
★ REFUNDS ★
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
★ SALE ITEMS ★
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged.
★ EXCHANGES ★
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide an address for the shipment.
★ GIFTS ★
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
